Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order with From Baby 2 Childhood at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of purchase.
Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense. Also note that all monies are refunded in the same way you paid.
Hassle free returns
You may of course return any items purchased Baby 2 childhood within 14 days.
Should you decide to return your order we must be notified, by email, within seven working days from receipt. You will then be issued a RMA number that is valid for seven days from date of issue. You will be responsible for the cost of the item being returned to us The goods must be returned in full, including any accessories, with all labels still attached and all in original packaging. The box must be sealed securely with clear tape.
Upon receiving the returned item we will check & inspect the goods. ONLY IF THE GOODS ARE IN EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THEY WERE DISPATCHED will we refund you (within 7 days) in full less the cost of sending the item.
Please Note that our decision on the condition of the returned goods and the refund to the customer is final & NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE WHATSOEVER IF THE RETURNED GOODS ARE NOT IN EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THEY WERE DISPATCHED.
If our Quality Control department decides that the item is NOT in the condition it was sent, the item will be returned to the customer & this decision will then be final.
We are unable to issue a refund if goods are sent back to the warehouse without following the above procedure
Return costs are at your expense.
Wrong delivery address given
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Baby 2 Childhood cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result
Payment
Our consumer sales are offered to the United Kingdom only. We accept Paypal, cheque or a bank transfer.
Product guarantee
All items purchased from Baby 2 Childhood are covered by a 6 months warranty. Please note all Ergo Design products are covered by a 2-year warranty and the same procedure will be followed as described below.
We will exchange or repair (at the discretion of the company) product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days. If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guaranteed period we will repair or send spare parts (at the discretion of the company) to you free of charge.
Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. If you have damaged any of your nursery items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Specifications, colours and sizes
All sizes and weights are given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic devices.
Wood is a natural product and the grain or shade will vary from piece to piece!
Delivery Charges
Baby 2 Childhood ‘s delivery charge is calculated on weight and are never more then £14.99 per transaction For N- Ireland, Scottish Isles and offshore Islands there is a delivery charge of £24.95 (parcels up to 10kg, every extra KG is £1.00). Please allow 5 working days for goods to be delivered.
Currently we are unable to deliver overseas and BFPO addresses
Delivery time
Most of our goods are ready for immediate dispatch and are usually dispatched the next working day. However products that are delivered directly from manufacturers could take longer but these will be clearly marked, as well as pre-order items.
When your order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent to you to inform you the goods are on their way. This email includes a consignment number to track your parcel from our warehouse to your address.
If you require delivery on a specific weekday we are happy to arrange this for you, but please email first to check if this is possible. We can also give the driver instructions if you are not in at time of delivery to leave it with neighbours but we must be informed of this before the parcel is dispatched.
Not available to receive delivery
If you are not in when Interlink tries to deliver your goods, it will be taken back to a local depot. A calling card will be left saying that they called and requesting for you to contact them to organise re-delivery, collection or rejection. If you do reject the parcel there is a charge.
Please note Interlink will try to deliver 2 times before the parcel is returned to Baby 2 Childhood and there is a £15.95 re-sending fee. If you reject a parcel there will be a charge of £25.00
My parcel shows signed for, but not received.
Please check with your neighbours to make sure that they have not signed for it. Then contact us immediately upon we start a set procedure.
The first thing we do when a customer informs us they have not received their goods is checking the delivery records with Interlink.
We ask them to provide a POD (proof of delivery), which means the time and date they delivered the goods, together with a name of the person who signed for it and an electronic fax of the signature
We will then contact you to resolve the matter as soon as possible
Only part of the order received
If necessary we ship an order using multiple boxes. Once you receive your order please check all the boxes and if anything is missing please contact us within 48 hours.
Goods are damaged on arrival
If you receive product(s) that are damaged, inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange for the goods to be returned to Baby 2 Childhood.
Our policy is that we will collect the damaged products and once returned to us a free replacement is issued.
Please ensure that if there is visible damage to the packaging that you sign the delivery note accordingly. It’s always better to sign as received as ‘damaged’ or ‘was open on arrival’ with a brief explanation rather then writing ‘unchecked’.
Do you export outside the UK?
Sorry but we don’t export outside the UK. The best option you have is to have the goods delivered to a UK address (friends or family) and that they could send the goods on to you.
Can I collect from you?
If you order from Baby 2 Childhood you can collect the goods but this is currently only possible on Tuesdays and Thursday between 10am and 1.30pm unless otherwise agreed .
